- All reservations require a credit card or cheque and must be confirmed by us.
- Reservations may be cancelled up to 4pm, one week prior to the day of arrival subject to £5 charge for the admin and card costs.
- Late cancellations will result in a charge of the full amount for the accommodation.
- No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.
- While we love animals sorry none are allowed in the Braveheart Guest House.
- Checkout at 11 .00am
- Check in 12.00pm(noon) - 10.00pm or by arrangment. Room usually will be ready from 1.00pm to 2.00pm.
- Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for.
- Keys must be returned on day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged £20 per set of keys.
- We accept all major credit, Switch and Visa cards and others.There are card charges for Visa, Master cards from 3% to 5%.
- Special arrangements can be made if we are informed in advance.

Smoking Policy

We are a completely non-smoking Guest House. There is no smoking permitted
anywhere in the building. We have the front garden available for smokers where they can enjoy the fresh air. -
If smoking is discovered in the rooms, guests will be asked to leave and to pay £100 towards complete cleaning & steaming of the bedroom and the laundering of all curtains and bedspreads.
